These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all content creation services provided by Ree Creative ("Ree Creative", "we", "us" or "our") to the Client ("Client", "you" or "your").
By booking or engaging Ree Creative for content creation services, the Client agrees to the following:
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date and time. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the day of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 Ree Creative reserves the right to withhold all content, files and deliverables until full payment is received.
1.4 Urgent bookings requested within 48 hours may incur a rush fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
1.5 A late payment fee of 20% may apply to invoices unpaid 7 days after the session date.
1.6 Client Responsibility: The Client must ensure all products, staff, models, props, spaces and assets are prepared and available at the agreed start time. Lost time due to lack of preparation is not refundable.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Services may include iPhone content capture, short form video, behind the scenes footage, reels, social content, photography and/or digital assets as agreed in the proposal or package.
2.2 Content creation is fast paced, lifestyle and social media focused. Deliverables are not traditional commercial photography or cinematic productions.
2.3 Due to the nature of real time content capture, specific shots, poses or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
3. On-Site Sessions and Client Premises
3.1 When services occur at the Client’s premises or chosen location, the Client must provide safe and clean working conditions, adequate lighting and space, uninterrupted access to required areas and any necessary permissions or approvals.
3.2 Ree Creative staff reserve the right to cease work if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate or restricts the ability to perform services.
3.3 If a session is cancelled or stopped due to unsafe conditions or lack of access, the booking fee remains payable in full.
3.4 The Client is responsible for any damage caused to Ree Creative equipment by the Client, staff or guests.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
4.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
4.2 Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice and is subject to availability.
4.3 Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will incur the full session fee.
4.4 Late arrivals reduce the available shoot time and sessions will not be extended.
5. Content Selection and Deliverables
5.1 Unless otherwise agreed, Ree Creative selects all final deliverables based on professional judgement and brand alignment.
5.2 Raw, unedited or behind the scenes files may be supplied only if included in the package.
5.3 Packages may include a defined number of final assets or agreed deliverables. Additional edits or assets may be purchased at an additional fee.
5.4 Final content is typically delivered within 2–7 business days unless otherwise discussed.
5.5 Files remain available for download for 60 days or may be airdropped on the day. Retrieval after this day may not be possible and will have a retrieval fee from $100.
6. Editing and Style (If included in package)
6.1 Editing style follows Ree Creative’s brand and social aesthetic.
6.2 Standard editing includes trimming, colour correction, basic sound and light adjustments.
6.3 Extensive retouching, advanced effects or additional revisions may incur extra fees.
6.4 Due to the nature of iPhone and social-first content, minor imperfections, lighting variations or candid elements are considered part of the style and not faults.
6.5 All edited content includes a revision round to ensure the final result aligns with your brand and expectations. Raw footage and unedited clips are supplied as-is and are not eligible for revisions, reshoots or alterations.
7. Client Conduct and Professionalism
7.1 Clients and their teams must behave respectfully and professionally toward Ree Creative staff.
7.2 Any form of harassment, verbal abuse or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session.
7.3 In such cases, no refunds or reshoots will be provided.
8. Copyright and Usage
8.1 Ree Creative retains copyright ownership of all content created.
8.2 Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final content for marketing, advertising, social media and promotional purposes.
8.3 Content may not be resold, licensed or provided to third parties without written consent.
8.4 Credit to Studio Ree or Ree Creative is appreciated when posting online but not mandatory.
9. Model and Talent Release
9.1 The Client grants Ree Creative permission to use captured content for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes.
9.2 The Client is responsible for obtaining consent from any staff, models or participants featured.
9.3 The Client indemnifies Ree Creative against any claims relating to lack of consent.
10. Liability
10.1 Ree Creative and its staff are not liable for injury, loss or damage occurring at the Client’s premises or chosen location.
10.2 The Client accepts full responsibility for their venue and participants.
10.3 Ree Creative’s liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ree Creative and its employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from the Client’s participation, premises or use of the content.
12. Marketing Rights
Ree Creative may use content created for portfolio, website, social media, advertising and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.
13. Force Majeure & Technical Limitations
Ree Creative is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control including illness, weather, equipment failure or government restrictions. Sessions will be rescheduled where possible.
While we take every precaution when capturing, exporting and delivering your content, we are not responsible for technical issues outside of our control, including platform compression, third-party software limitations, file corruption or formatting inconsistencies. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and provide reasonable solutions where needed.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of NSW Australia.
15. Acceptance
By proceeding with payment or booking, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
