These terms and conditions ("Agreement") shall govern the business photoshoot between Ree Creative (referred to as "Photographer" or "we") and the client (referred to as "Client" or "you"). By booking and participating in the photoshoot, the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1 Booking Confirmation
Payment is required to secure your in-studio photoshoot time at Studio Ree. This may be a full payment or deposit, depending on the selected package and prior agreement.
1.2 Agreement to Terms
All payments made are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1.3 Urgent Bookings & Late Changes
Ree Creative reserves the right to apply additional fees for bookings made on an urgent basis (within 48 hours) or for rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice.
1.4 Add-Ons
Any approved add-ons must be paid in full prior to the delivery of final images and content.
1.5 Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for arriving fully prepared for the shoot, including all required products, props, outfits, models and branding materials as discussed.
Ree Creative is not liable for incomplete or unsatisfactory results due to lack of preparation.
1.6 Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including deposits and full session payments. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Photographer.
2. Image / Content Selection
2.1 Photographer Selection
The Photographer will select images from the full gallery to create a curated selection gallery for the Client, based on professional judgment, creative direction and quality standards, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Client Selection Option
If the Client requests in writing prior to the photoshoot or prior to delivery to select their own images, an unedited online selection gallery will be provided.
The Client must select images in accordance with the number included in their chosen package.
2.3 Additional Images
Any images selected beyond the allocated package amount will incur an additional fee per image or may be offered at a bulk rate.
Pricing for additional images must be requested and approved by the Client prior to final delivery.
2.4 Unedited Gallery
All images provided in the selection gallery are unedited and supplied for selection purposes only.
Final edited images will be delivered once selections have been confirmed and any additional image payments have been completed.
3. Reshoot / Dissatisfaction
3.1 Client Satisfaction
If the Client is genuinely dissatisfied with the final images and can provide reasonable and detailed feedback aligned with the agreed brief, the Photographer may, at their discretion, offer appropriate solutions to address the concerns.
3.2 Personal Preference
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal appearance or subjective preference is not considered a valid reason for rework, as this is outside the Photographer’s control. Our focus remains on the quality of the imagery and overall creative direction.
3.3 Creative Style
While every effort is made to meet the agreed brief, Ree Creative maintains a distinct photography and content style. All shoots are styled and directed to present your brand, space and products in the most effective and elevated way.
3.4 No Guaranteed Replication
Due to the nature of creative services and copyright restrictions, specific images or exact replication of another photographer’s work cannot be guaranteed. Our approach is to create original content that aligns with your brand vision.
3.5 Reshoot Fees (Studio)
Where a reshoot is requested, the Studio Ree hire fee will apply at $300 per hour.
3.6 Additional Reshoot Costs
Where dissatisfaction cannot be reasonably justified against the agreed brief, reshoot fees will apply starting from $250 per hour, in addition to the studio hire fee.
All reshoot costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to proceeding.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
4.1 Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their shoot with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to their booking. This allows us to reallocate the studio, photographer and team accordingly.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled shoot may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit.
4.2 Same Day Cancellations / No Shows
Cancellations on the day of your shoot or failure to attend will result in the full booking fee being forfeited.
4.3 Reshoots
Studio Ree does not offer complimentary reshoots based on change of mind, personal preference or lack of preparation on the day. All shoots are guided with creative direction to achieve the best possible outcome.
If a reshoot is requested, a new booking will be required at the standard rate.
In the unlikely event that a reshoot is required due to a technical issue or error on our end, this will be organised and covered by our team.
4.4 Late Arrivals
Late arrival will reduce your allocated shoot time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your shoot may be cancelled and treated as a no show.
5. Client Etiquette:
5.1 Punctuality
Clients must arrive on time to ensure the session runs smoothly. If the Client arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from their scheduled session.
If arrival is delayed beyond the booked shoot time, the session will be forfeited and the remaining balance will still be due in full.
5.2 Behaviour and Professionalism
We strive to maintain a positive, respectful and professional environment during every shoot. Clients are expected to conduct themselves courteously toward all team members.
Any form of verbal abuse, disrespectful behaviour or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.
5.3 Right to Cancel
Ree Creative reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a photoshoot at any time if the Client’s behaviour or actions are inappropriate, unsafe or interfere with the creative process.
In such cases, no images will be delivered and 50% of the remaining session fee will still be due.
Depending on what was captured during the day and the level of cooperation during the shoot, delivery of images may be reduced or forfeited at the discretion of the Ree team.
5.4 Verbal and Physical Conduct
Clients and their guests must refrain from using inappropriate language, making personal remarks, or engaging in behaviour that may cause discomfort to staff or other participants.
Our goal is to maintain a professional, creative and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved.
6. Copyright, Usage & Photography Liability
6.1 Ownership
Ree Creative (the Photographer) retains full copyright ownership of all images and content captured during the photoshoot.
6.2 Licence to Use
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final images and content for their own personal or business promotional and marketing purposes, as agreed in writing.
6.3 Third-Party Use Restrictions
The Client must not sell, transfer, sublicense, share or otherwise provide any images or content to third parties, including but not limited to brands, suppliers, publications, media outlets or other businesses, without prior written consent from Ree Creative.
This licence is strictly for the Client’s own use and promotion only.
6.4 Third-Party Content Responsibility
Ree Creative is not liable for any copyright, trademark or intellectual property issues arising from the inclusion of logos, branded products, trademarks, music, artwork or any unlicensed materials captured during the shoot.
6.5 Permissions & Releases
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licences and releases prior to the photoshoot. This includes, but is not limited to, locations, venues, private property, individuals, talent, minors, products, props and any third-party intellectual property featured.
6.6 Liability Disclaimer
Ree Creative accepts no liability for any claims, disputes, losses or damages arising from the Client’s failure to obtain the appropriate permissions, licences or releases.
7. Model Release
7.1 Usage Rights
The Client and any models or individuals engaged by the Client grant Ree Creative an irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish and reproduce images and content from the photoshoot for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes across all platforms.
7.2 Third-Party Consent
Where individuals other than the Client are featured, the Client is responsible for obtaining their full consent for image use.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Ree Creative harmless against any claims, disputes or liabilities arising from the use of these images.
8. Image Gallery, Editing and Processing
8.1 Selection Gallery
The Photographer will use professional judgment to provide a curated selection gallery for the Client to review and select their final images.
8.2 Editing Scope
All images are edited in line with the Photographer’s signature style, ensuring a natural yet refined finish that reflects the Studio Ree standard.
8.3 Retouching
Basic retouching is included, such as minor blemishes, stains and small distractions within the space where deemed necessary to present the work at its best.
Advanced retouching, including detailed skin editing or removal of significant elements within the image, may incur an additional fee.
8.4 Standard Editing Inclusions
Standard editing includes adjustments to lighting, colour correction, cropping, image sizing and minor clean-up of visible imperfections to ensure overall image quality.
8.5 Editing Revisions
The Client is entitled to one round of minor revisions per image, such as light retouching or basic colour adjustments.
Any additional revisions or advanced retouching requests will be charged accordingly.
9. Delivery of Images and Content
9.1 Delivery Timeframes

9.5 File Storage and Retrieval
Ree Creative reserves the right to charge a $100 processing fee for any file retrieval request made more than 90 days after the photoshoot.
This applies to final edited images only. All unedited or non-finalised files will be permanently deleted after 90 days for storage and privacy purposes.
9.6 RAW Files
RAW or unedited images will not be provided under any circumstance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9.8 Additional Images
Each package includes a set number of final images. Any additional images requested beyond the package allowance will incur an additional fee per image, reflecting the extra editing, preparation and licensing involved.
10. Notification of Issues
10.1 If any technical issues arise during or after the shoot, the Photographer will promptly notify the Client. The Photographer will propose appropriate solutions, which may include rescheduling, reshooting, partial refunds or alternative compensation, based on the circumstances and mutual agreement with the Client.
11. Data Loss or Corruption
11.1 The Photographer will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard image files during capture, transfer and storage. However, the Photographer cannot be held liable for unforeseen data loss, file corruption or storage device failure. In the event of such an issue, the Photographer will promptly inform the Client and work to provide solutions, such as reshooting (if possible) or other agreed-upon remedies.
12. Liability & Studio Access
12.1 Liability for Injury or Damage
The Photographer and Ree Creative are not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the Client or their property during the photoshoot at Studio Ree, except where required by law.
